Take back congress
We need to take back congress in 2010. Every seat in the House is up for election so there is much opportunity there. Just 36 seats are up in the senate, so we need to focus more on each seat there. Those seats currently are split even between the two parties as shown in the following list. So we need to reelect 18 republicans and defeat 18 democrats.
Republican:
- Alabama Richard Shelby
- Alaska Lisa Murkowski
- Arizona John McCain
- Florida George LeMieux
- Georgia Johnny Isakson
- Idaho Mike Crapo
- Iowa Chuck Grassley
- Kansas Sam Brownback
- Kentucky Jim Bunning
- Louisiana David Vitter
- Missouri Kit Bond
- New Hampshire Judd Gregg
- North Carolina Richard Burr
- Ohio George Voinovich
- Oklahoma Tom Coburn
- South Carolina Jim DeMint
- South Dakota John Thune
- Utah Bob Bennett
Democrat:
- Arkansas Blanche Lincoln
- California Barbara Boxer
- Colorado Michael Bennet
- Connecticut Chris Dodd
- Delaware Ted Kaufman
- Hawaii Daniel Inouye
- Indiana Evan Bayh
- Illinois Roland Burris
- Maryland Barbara Mikulski
- Nevada Harry Reid
- New York Chuck Schumer
- New York Kirsten Gillibrand
- North Dakota Byron Dorgan
- Oregon Ron Wyden
- Pennsylvania Arlen Specter
- Vermont Patrick Leahy
- Washington Patty Murray
- Wisconsin Russ Feingold

Lawsuits against Obamacare
- Liberty Counsel – no constitutional authority to force individuals to buy and companies to sell insurance.
- Thomas More Law Center - no constitutional authority to force individuals to buy insurance nor force Americans who oppose abortions to fund them in violation of their fundamental rights of conscience and the free exercise of religion.
- Florida attorney general McCollum – the bill penalizes citizens that don't buy insurance and forces states to pay huge increases for Medicaid. Attorney generals from nine other states, Alabama, Nebraska, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, South Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Nebraska, Utah, Virginia and Washington, are filing similar lawsuits, many cite the 10th Amendment.
